picture perfect.

well, last night's marinade wasn't my favorite (olive oil, brown sugar, lime, garlic, and a splash of white wine) but the picture sure is pretty!



tonight J, our resident pizza pro, is putting together a classic margharita pizza - I can't wait!

    Ohhh the picture does look pretty. What was wrong with the marinade? It sounds great, at least!!

    it wasn't as flavorful as it sounded! I'm not sure what went wrong, I'll have to keep playing with it. More garlic is always a solution ; )
